Breezy Point Beach & Campground
At Breezy Point Beach, there’s fun for the whole family!
Seated at the heart of the Chesapeake Bay, Breezy Point Beach & Campground is one of Calvert County’s favorite attractions. The sandy shores and gentle surf offer visitors near and far the ultimate Maryland experience. Spend a day at Breezy Point’s pristine beach soaking up the sun, while taking in the gorgeous views. Or, enjoy a serene picnic with loved ones. For fishing and crabbing enthusiasts, there is a 200-foot fishing pier. And for the most adventurous visitors, hunt for shark’s teeth and fossils on the water’s edge.
Due to the popularity of the beach, the park often fills to capacity, especially during summer weekends and holidays. Please visit our Facebook page or call the Breezy Point Office ahead of time to check the capacity status.
Breezy Point Beach is closed for the 2023 season and will reopen May 2024.
