    Ward Farm Park Maintenance Shop

    Funded through the Calvert County Youth Recreational Opportunities Fund, Ward Farm Park will feature a maintenance facility and equipment storage.

    Hallowing Point Park Master Plan Update

    Upgrades to existing amenities and addition of new amenities like well-lit paved walking paths, natural surface trails, synthetic turf, upgrading the baseball/softball fields, improving signage, skatepark, among others.

    Ward Farm Multi-Purpose Community Building

    Funded through the Calvert County Youth Recreational Opportunities Fund, Ward Farm will feature programmable indoor space, unenclosed outdoor area and restrooms.

    Cove Point Park playground installed in 2007 and serving tens of thousands of visitors each year is due for replacement.
