Come frolic in the Fairy Lolly and explore our magical village of fairy houses and gnome homes, each lovingly created by children.

Take one hike each month every month in 2022 on the ACLT trails and win some really cool prizes! Not to mention all the great benefits to your physical and mental health and well-being! It's free to participate. Every time you visit the ACLT trails, use the QR code located at all trailheads to ensure your hike is counted. All adults who complete the challenge will win ACLT merchandise. Choose from water bottles, knit hates, gaiters, mugs or baseball hats. Children will receive free ACLT decals and stickers.

Come explore this charming outdoor exhibit of more than 75 handmade houses scattered throughout the trails and woods of the garden. Made by wonderfully creative artists from the community (and beyond), this exhibit features works in all media.

We are pleased to continue our traditional, small-town atmosphere farmers' market for the 2022 season! The farmers' market season will be from May 7 through October 22 and will be held on Saturday mornings from 8 am to 12 pm in the parking lot of the North Beach Senior Center. The market will include local vendors with items such as plants, farm vegetables, baked goods, meats, cheeses, eggs and other fresh goods. The Town of North Beach encourages all guests to HELP REDUCE WASTE by bringing your own bag and using the appropriate disposal containers provided at the market.

Buying local is easy with an abundance of fresh food from Calvert County’s farmers, agri-businesses and watermen. Calvert County’s weekly farmers markets return with early harvests ready for sale. Late spring markets include bedding plants (vegetables, herbs and flowers), hanging baskets, tasty salad greens, asparagus, kale and strawberries; selections will vary by market. Visit your favorite vendors from last year and find exciting new offerings at each market.

DrinkMaryland returns to North Beach, the Jewel of the Chesapeake Bay. Come out to Bay Avenue and enjoy the beautiful views while exploring a wonderful selection of Maryland-made art, food, and drink. Presented by the Maryland Wineries Association and North Beach, this DrinkMaryland event celebrates all things Maryland-Made and their makers. Come see what all the buzz around DrinkMaryland is about, and join us for an afternoon full of food, local artisans, live music, friends, and all of your favorite locally crafted beverages. Featuring Maryland wine, craft beer, spirits and cider, there is sure to be a drink for everybody! Entry is free; tasting passes may be purchased.

Make a toy boat from in the Corbin Nature Pavilion! Space and materials are limited. Visitors will be accommodated on a first come, first served basis. For ages 5 and up. Sponsored by the Patuxent Small Craft Guild.

Relax and enjoy a leisurely one-hour sightseeing cruise on the river aboard the Wm. B. Tennison, a log-built bugeye. Capacity allows for 40 guests. If there is inclement weather, you will be notified by the crew prior to the cruise.

Southern Maryland has a wealth of amazing local growers. From produce and meats to beer and wine, honey and flowers – and so much more. Each month we are proud to showcase these farmers’ and artisans’ creations as you enjoy an intimate 4-course menu featuring locally sourced ingredients, complete with wine pairings. Limited to 12 people in our second-floor kitchen overlooking Solomons harbor.

Singer-songwriter, Sam Grow is coming home and will be performing live at the Tiki Bar, Saturday June 25th. Flippin Eyelids will be opening for a full evening of live entertainment.
