Enjoy a three-course meal paired with a flight of three carefully-chosen wines, as prepared by the chefs in this demonstration dinner.  First course is fresh handmade lobster ravioli with tarragon cream sauce, paired with chardonnays; second course is a creamy wild mushroom soup with parmesan fricos, paired with pinot noirs; and the third course is straccotto over creamy cheese polenta, paired with cabernet sauvignons. Chocolates for dessert!
