Sheebah Smith

Sheebah Smith, Deputy Director, holds an M.B.A. and an M.S. in Management with a specialization in Marketing from the University of Maryland, University College, along with a B.A. in Mass Communications and Electronic Media/Film from Towson University. Since October 2022, she has overseen department operations, marketing initiatives, special projects, and efforts in business development, retention, tourism, and agriculture.

With over 15 years of experience, including her role as Marketing Director for eTrepid, a global managed IT service provider, Smith has established marketing strategies that drive organizational growth, lead generation, and business expansion for small to midsize businesses nationwide. She is a member of the American Marketing Association, the Maryland Economic Development Association (MEDA), a 2024 graduate of Leadership Southern Maryland, and an active board member of The Patuxent Partnership.
