  1. RISE UP! A Teen Art Exhibit

    February 15, 2019 - April 14, 2019 @ Annmarie Sculpture Garden & Arts Center

    RISE UP! is a teen exhibition program that will showcase the talent, creativity, and perspective of today’s teens. Whether through visual artwork, digital, video, creative writing, spoken word, music, or other performing arts, the exhibit will include works that communicate what it means to be a teen in the world today. RISE UP! will include an online gallery, a juried gallery exhibit, and performance opportunities. These teens are going to RISE UP! and let their voices be heard!

  2. Art Show: Visions of Verses

    CalvART is a cooperative gallery located in Prince Frederick, MD, and affiliated with the Arts Council of Calvert County. calvART is a showcase for artists from Southern Maryland and highlights work from a wide range of styles and media. Our artists excel in paintings, pottery, jewerly, sculpture, woodturning and photography. calvART highlights artwork by the Southern Maryland community and partners with community groups and organizations for its shows. You are always welcome to browse, and spend a part of the day looking at our artwork and meeting the artists. Consider joining us at our monthly receptions and special events.

  4. Treble at the Library: US Army Voices

    April 10, 2019, 7:00 PM - 8:15 PM @ Calvert Library

    US Army Voices add finesse to classical chamber pieces, belt out top-40 hits and croon music from the great American Songbook as well as the show tunes of Broadway. They add their own special sound to each of these styles and can combine their voices to replicate the timeless sound of The Andrews Sisters as well as reverently perform The Star Spangled Banner and other well-known patriotic show pieces in four-part harmony. Don't miss this show!
